Months after rumors of discord behind the scenes on the set of the adaptation of Colleen Hoover’s novel, the 37-year-old actress said in the lawsuit, obtained by TMZ, that Baldoni’s alleged behavior caused her “severe emotional distress.” (Baldoni, 40, also served as It ends with us‘ Director.)

According to the outlet, the lawsuit states that a meeting was held to discuss Lively’s claims and her demands regarding work on the film. Various personalities attended, including Lively’s husband Ryan Reynolds.

Among the demands addressed, according to the lawsuit cited by TMZ, were “no more showing Blake nude videos or images of women, no more mention of Baldoni’s alleged past ‘pornography addiction,’ no more discussions of sexual conquests being at the forefront.” Blake and others, no further mentions of the cast and crew’s genitals, no further inquiries about Blake’s weight, and no further mention of Blake’s dead father.

“No further sex scenes, oral sex or on-camera climaxes by BL that go beyond the scope of the script that BL approved when signing the project,” are other demands mentioned in the lawsuit, according to TMZ.

According to TMZ, the lawsuit states that Sony Pictures, which distributed the film, agreed to Lively’s requests. However, Lively claims in the lawsuit that Baldoni then engaged in a “social manipulation” campaign to “destroy” her reputation soon after.

Bryan Freedman, Baldoni’s attorney, tells PEOPLE in a statement that Lively’s lawsuit was intended to “enhance her negative reputation.” He also said her allegations were “false, outrageous and intentionally lewd with the intent to publicly offend.”

Freedman added that Lively caused problems on the set of the film, which is currently streaming, by “threatening not to show up on set and threatening not to promote the film, which ultimately led to its downfall during release.”

Representatives for Lively, Baldoni and Sony did not immediately respond to PEOPLE’s request for comment.

Reports of Baldoni’s alleged behavior surfaced earlier this year when The Daily Mail released a report claiming that Baldoni was “chauvinistic” and “borderline abusive” on set It ends with us. That same day, Page Six reported that Baldoni created an “extremely difficult” atmosphere behind the scenes for the entire cast.

Rumors of a rift between Lively and Baldoni then began circulating as the cast embarked on the official press tour for the film. Baldoni did most of his press work alone and did not pose for photos alongside the cast at the film’s New York premiere.

Fans were also quick to notice that Lively, Hoover and Jenny Slate don’t follow Baldoni on Instagram.

Costar Brandon Sklenar defended the women behind the film in an August 20 Instagram post, writing, “Colleen and the women of this cast represent hope, perseverance and women choosing a better life. You’re denigrating the women who invest so much.” It seems counterproductive and distracts from what this film is about. It is actually the opposite of the meaning.”
