Baldoni’s lawyer Bryan Freedman has already responded to the lawsuit and announced TMZthat Lively is trying to “improve her negative reputation” and that the lawsuit is full of “false, outrageous and intentionally lewd actions intended to cause public harm.” Freedman claims that it was Lively who was difficult on set, “threatening not to show up on set and threatening not to promote the film, which ultimately led to his downfall during release.”
