How to watch Auburn basketball vs. Purdue: start time, TV information

Auburn basketball faces its final non-conference ranking game on Saturday, and depending on All-American Johni Broome’s circumstances, it could be the Tigers’ toughest task yet.

Broome, who injured his right shoulder Tuesday against Georgia State, will not require surgery, the program announced Wednesday. But it’s still unclear whether he’ll be able to play against No. 16 Purdue on Saturday in Birmingham.

He traveled with the team Friday, Auburn coach Bruce Pearl said, but should Broome not play, the second-ranked Tigers will feature Purdue forward Trey Kaufman-Renn and a Boilermakers squad that has played as many Quad 1 opponents as Auburn played, have their hands full.
