A Delta Airlines passenger was left frustrated after being pushed off his plane first class seat to accommodate an unexpected VIP – a service dog, the New York Post reported.
The angry traveler, who shared his story on Reddit, said they were upgraded to first class, only to be downgraded again minutes later. “I asked the desk agent what was going on and she said, ‘Something has changed,'” wrote Redditor @ben_bob.

When boarding, the passenger was shocked to find a dog in the seat assigned to him. “Okay, fine, I’m upset but whatever, I then get in just to see this dog in my first class seat… And now I’m angry,” they added, sharing a photo of the furry passenger in her place.
