Netflix releases information about the WWE Raw schedule and archive content plans

WWE Raw’s debut on Netflix is still two weeks away. WWE held a kickoff party at its headquarters last week and has several matches booked for the premiere event, which will take place on January 6th at the Intuit Dome in Los Angeles. As exciting as the first live event will be, fans are wondering what will happen to WWE’s archived content when it leaves the WWE Network outside the United States. American fans will continue to be able to access content from Peacock, but WWE’s streaming deal with the platform expires in early 2026.

Netflix has published a “Ultimate Guide” Q&A page on its website that answers several frequently asked questions from subscribers, such as where to watch Monday night programming starting January 6th.

Netflix will air “Raw” in the United States and territories including American Samoa, Guam, the Marshall Islands, Micronesia, the Mariana Islands, Palau, Puerto Rico and the U.S. Virgin Islands. The show is also broadcast to 39 countries and territories including Argentina, Australia, Austria, Brazil, Canada, Chile, Colombia, Czech Republic, Denmark, Ecuador, Egypt, Finland, Germany, Greece, Hong Kong, Hungary, Indonesia, Israel, Kuwait , Malaysia, Mexico, Netherlands, New Zealand, Norway, Peru, Philippines, Poland, Portugal, Romania, Saudi Arabia, Singapore, Slovakia, Spain, Sweden, Taiwan, Thailand, Turkey, Ukraine and the United Kingdom.

All of the above countries must also use Netflix to watch “WWE NXT,” “WWE SmackDown,” and all PLEs.

Due to the closure of WWE Network, it is unclear whether all of the old footage will be accessible. Unfortunately, Netflix will only release “select WWE archive content.” “WWE Raw” archive content will be available in the United States, while international subscribers will receive additional content, all of which will be available at no additional cost.

Fans can see what archive content will be available, but the content is locked until January. Past episodes and PLEs are only available immediately on-demand if viewers are in a region that supports live events. If a viewer lives outside of the location where live events are supported, on-demand content will be available a few days later.
