Tyrese Maxey added to the latest injury report for Sixers vs. Spurs

The Philadelphia 76ers will take on the San Antonio Spurs on Monday night looking to get back in the win column. The Sixers suffered a tough loss on the road to the Cleveland Cavaliers on Saturday and will look to get back on track.

The Sixers will have Joel Embiid returning after being sidelined against the Cavs, but there are others on the injury report ahead of the game with the Spurs.

Ricky Council IV (right knee pain) is listed as questionable, while Eric Gordon (right jaw surgery) is listed as unavailable. Tyrese Maxey is listed as probable cause due to an illness.

Although Maxey is listed as likely to have an illness, one has to wonder if he will be 100% fit for the match. Spurs are a tough matchup led by exhilarating veteran Chris Paul and phenom Victor Wembanyama.

The advisory from Wells Fargo Center will occur on Monday at 7:00 p.m. EST.
