Spielberg directed the first two Jurassic Park Movies — Jurassic Park (1993) and The Lost World: Jurassic Park (1997). His works were considered a milestone in cinema history because they vividly captured the events of Michael Crichton’s 1990 novel with its groundbreaking visual effects. The Rebirth of Jurassic World Author David Koepp opened up about what fans can expect from the upcoming sci-fi action-adventure film. According to Koepp, they are changing the “tone” of the upcoming film, tending to align it with Spielberg’s previous works. “I hope people enjoy the movie because the show tended to change after three and it felt like, okay, so let’s change our tone,” Koepp explained on The Discourse Podcast. “Steven (Spielberg) and I were interested in a tone that was perhaps more similar to the very first film. I saw it early on as a missionary film.”

The Rebirth of Jurassic World encountered several problems during its development. David Leitch (director of Deadpool, Atomic Blonde, Bullet Train, Fast & Furious Presents: Hobbs & Shaw and Fall Guy) was originally supposed to direct the film. However, he and Universal decided to part ways, leaving the project without a director. Gareth Edwards will direct in early 2024 Rogue One: A Star Wars Story, was hired to sit in the director’s chair for the next time Jurassic world Film. Scarlett Johansson will lead Jurassic World 4. I’m pretty sure they’ll modernize their approach a bit and improve on the elements of the original film that draw fans to the franchise. What’s important is to retain the tension, wonder and ethical dilemmas highlighted in the first genetic engineering film. Jurassic World 4 could deliver a thought-provoking and emotionally compelling story by bringing back to the screen the thrill and horror of discovering something big that could either change or ruin the world. By reimagining the core principles of Jurassic Park, it is also easy to connect with old audiences who followed the Jurassic Park and Jurassic World films, while familiarizing new audiences with the core elements of the series close.

Rebirth of Jurassic World will be released in theaters on July 2, 2025.
