Home alone is one of the most popular Christmas films of all time.

Starring Macaulay Culkin as 8-year-old Kevin McAllister, the film gave us many iconic moments and lines that continue to shape popular culture to this day.

The film was released in 1990 and its sequel Home Alone 2: Lost in New York followed in 1992.

Home alone follows the McAllister family as they prepare to travel to Paris, France, but amid the chaos they forget to take their son Kevin to the airport.
