Much to Jun-ho’s dismay, his brother In-ho is the calculating frontman (Lee Byung-hun).

As soon as Gi-hun opens the door, he is confronted with the scariest sight there is: Frontman waiting on the other side. Lee Byung-hun, who plays the frontman, says his character’s upcoming duel with Gi-hun is the centerpiece of the second season.

“(Front Man) wants to enlighten Gi-hun – teach Gi-hun and make him think the same way he does about the world and humanity,” Lee Byung-hun tells Tudum. “On some level, (the frontman) subconsciously looks at Gi-hun, who refuses to give up the hope he has for the world and humanity, reminding him (in a way) of himself.”
