Culpa Tuya (Your Fault) actress Nicole Wallace defends step-sibling romance in a film series

Look, I love a good romantic comedy. In fact, for me, being obsessed doesn’t even have to be a good thing. I love the friends to lovers, enemies to lovers, and even the love at first sight trope, as unrealistic as it may be. However, I feel like I have to draw the line at the phrase “step-siblings to lovers.” Culpa Mia series. Boundaries must be drawn!

However, Nicole WallaceStar of the hot Wattpad movie turned book series and Prime Video Culpa Mía and its sequel Culpa Tuya in which the love between step-siblings is set in Spain, has decided to defend her character’s questionable life choices.

For those of you who don’t know: Culpa Mía (My fault) And Culpa Tuya (Your fault) Follow the forbidden love story between Noah and Nick (Gabriel Guevara), two hormonal teenagers who become step-siblings and then fall madly in love. Because of course they do.

You can watch the trailer for the second film here:

In a recent chat on Zach Sang ShowWallace was asked about Noah and Nick’s relationship and how she thinks it will end.

“I think they have a lot of ups and downs. It is not a very stable relationship as we know it. “You know, they’re poisonous,” Wallace admitted.

When Zach When he helpfully pointed out the elephant in the room — “They’re step-siblings, too” — Wallace’s response was about as convincing as a politician’s promise during election season.

“Yeah, I can’t get over that,” she joked before going into defense mode.

“It’s not terrible, they’re not family, they’re just in a very strange situation. You know, gossip Girl – that happens in gossip Girl all the time, like Dan (Penn Badgley), Serena (Blake Lively), are together a lot when their parents are together. So it’s OK,” Wallace explained.

GIRL, IS IT?

Look, I’m all for love conquering all, and I’ve been a Serena girl through and through, but I just have use for it gossip Girl because your moral compass is not the right path.

To be fair, Wallace has to say that Noah and Nick are not related by blood and did not grow up together. But maybe Wattpad stories should still stay on Wattpad. It’s not illegal, but it will definitely make the next family Christmas awkward.

Despite the questionable ethics, Culpa Tuya promises to ratchet up the drama even further as new relationships threaten to shake things up for our hapless steplovers. Because apparently being step-siblings wasn’t enough.

The third part of the series Culpa Nuestra (Our fault) is set to premiere on Prime Video in 2025.

Now if you’ll excuse me, I need to pick my brain and maybe look at something Squid game to cleanse my palate.

Culpa Mia and Culpa Tuya are now available to watch on Prime Video.
