UPDATED SATURDAY 4:30 PM:

After the Rams beat the Cardinals in Game 3 of Saturday’s tripleheader, the Seahawks need an incredible amount of help to get into the playoffs.

The chances are bad. In fact, NFL.com has less than a 1% chance this would work.

If the Seahawks beat the Rams next week, both teams would finish at 10-7, a head-to-head record of 1-1, 4-2 in the division and 7-5 for their shared opponents.

In this case, it comes down to the 5th tiebreaker: Strength of the win, where the Rams have a big advantage. That means the Seahawks need a ton of help.

Here’s what the Seahawks need this weekend:

The Seahawks need both games to find their way:

Falcons (over the Commanders) and Lions (over the 49ers on Monday).

The Jets were on that list but lost to the Bills 40-14. The Packers were also on the list, but lost 27-25 to the Vikings.

The Dolphins defeated the Browns, which was positive for the Hawks, 20-3.

Then the Seahawks have to beat the Rams next week.

If that happens, the Seahawks will need all of this NEXT week too:

Broncos beat the Chiefs.

Dolphins beat the Jets.

The Falcons beat the Panthers.

The Cardinals beat the 49ers.

The Bears beat the Packers.

Patriots beat the Bills.

The Lions beat the Vikings.

Buccaneers beat Saints.

Chargers beat Raiders.
