IRVING, Texas – With their 49-7 win over Arizona in the Territorial Cup on Saturday and a TCU win over Cincinnati, Arizona State earned a spot in the Dr. Pepper secured the 2024 Big 12 Football Championship, accomplishing this feat in their first season as a member of the Big 12 Conference.

The Sun Devils finished the regular season with a Big 12 record of 7-2 and 10-2 overall, posting their first 10-win season since 2014. ASU’s championship opponent has not yet been determined. ASU was one of four remaining teams competing for the Dr. Pepper Big 12 Football Championship, which participated in Saturday’s evening games.

The Dr. The 2024 Pepper Big 12 Football Championship will take place on Saturday, December 7 at 11 a.m. CT at AT&T Stadium in Arlington, Texas and will air on ABC. The game will feature three-time Grammy Award-winning hitmaker NE-YO at halftime as the Big 12 Conference continues to balance innovation and tradition. NE-YO will be accompanied by the brass bands from both schools during the performance.
