Palmdale Oil has acquired Combs Oil Co., combining two Florida-based fuel and refined products distributors.

The financial details of the transaction were not disclosed.

Combs Oil, based in Naples, Florida, was founded in 1967 and distributes diesel fuel, gasoline, lubricants and other products throughout Southwest Florida. The company also has bulk facility storage infrastructure, including tanks, rolling stock and inventory.

Based in Palm Beach Gardens, Florida, Palmdale provides fuel, lubricants and chemicals delivery and management services to customers throughout the state.
