GOLF WEEKLY –

The animated adventure comedy film Paddington in Peru is now in theaters.

The film series based on the stories of Michael Bond takes the viewer on Paddington Brown’s journey.

It begins with the Spectacled Bear being adopted by the Brown family, who find him sitting on his suitcase at Paddington Station in London with a note on his coat that says, “Please look after this bear.” Thank you very much ‘.

The latest installment in the series follows the adventure of the beloved bear as he travels with the Brown family to the wilds of Peru, home of the spectacled bear species, in search of Aunt Lucy, who has disappeared from the retired bear home.

The Gentle Beast has become a popular and popular character, celebrated particularly in the United Kingdom for his friendly, charismatic and polite nature and for innocently getting into trouble.

He is also known for his old hat, battered suitcase, duffle coat and penchant for jam sandwiches, which Paddington’s voice actor Ben Whishaw dislikes.

“Unfortunately I don’t like jam. I don’t like that at all,” Ben revealed in an interview, adding that when the audience sees Paddington eating on screen, the chewing sound comes from the actor eating bread or fruit.

Director Dougal Wilson revealed that he was “scared” about continuing the series from Paul King, who directed the previous films.

“I was approached by Rosie Alison (producer) and StudioCanal (production company) because they were interested in doing a third part of Paddington, but Paul King, who did the first two so brilliantly, wasn’t available because he was currently Wanted to do Wonka (2023).

“They needed someone new and they looked around and for some reason thought I might be suitable. I thought, this is terrifying. Why on earth would I try to make the most difficult episode of something so brilliant? I will inevitably screw it up. But I also thought if I don’t try, I’ll probably regret it,” he added.

The first two films were well received by critics and audiences alike. The fictional character from children’s literature first appeared in Michael’s 1958 book “A Bear Called Paddington.”
