STEELERS – RAVENS Matchup Preview

The No. 3 Ravens are off to a flying start in the postseason, having won four straight games and finishing 12-5. Quarterback Lamar Jackson capped another MVP season with two touchdown passes and 63 rushing yards in an easy 35-10 victory over the Browns. However, Baltimore’s No. 1 offense could be without leading wide receiver Zay Flowers, who injured his knee in the win. And while the defense had some issues during the regular season, the unit dominated during the four-game winning streak, giving up fewer than 11 points per game.

The No. 6 Steelers, meanwhile, are slipping into the playoffs with four straight losses. Mike Tomlin’s team, which hit over .500 for the 18th straight season, struggled on both ends. Quarterback Russell Wilson has completed just four touchdown drives in the last four games, while wide receiver George Pickens has become a non-factor of late, amassing just 50 yards on four receptions in the last two games. The defense wasn’t much better, giving up more than 27 points per game during the losing streak.
