Heading into their wild-card matchup with the Baltimore Ravens, the Pittsburgh Steelers were tasked with ending a four-game losing streak and scoring their first playoff win in nearly 3,000 days. Black and Gold fans were disappointed to say the least when the Ravens shut out the Steelers in the first half, leading 21-0.

However, the offense led by Russell Wilson offered a glimmer of hope, leading to the team’s first drive of the second half resulting in a touchdown. Wilson took advantage of big plays against WRs Mike Williams, Calvin Austin and Van Jefferson, leading to a 98-yard drive that ended with seven points.

The play of the drive was undoubtedly the 30-yard touchdown from Wilson to Jefferson. As the Steelers begin to dig into the deep hole the Ravens put them in, scoring another 21 unanswered points remains a tall order.

The Pittsburgh Steelers quickly gave up a rushing touchdown to RB Derrick Henry after Jefferson’s 30-yard touchdown, and the Ravens currently lead 28-7.
