Kings-Bulls injury report: De’Aaron Fox’s status revealed

The Sacramento Kings extended their winning streak to six games after comfortably beating the Boston Celtics on the road, but now face the Chicago Bulls in another cross-conference matchup on Sunday.

The Bulls have won five of their last seven games as star guard Zach LaVine continues to dominate opponents. LaVine has scored more than 30 points in five straight games while shooting nearly 60% from the field.

The Bulls have an 18-20 record this year, remain in playoff position, but certainly have a lot of work to do. The Kings have the second-longest active winning streak in the NBA, but that could end at any time. Sacramento should definitely not sleep with a dangerous Chicago squad and do everything they can to prevent the Bulls from ending their winning streak.

Each team released their injury reports ahead of Sunday’s game in Chicago.

De’Aaron Fox – AVAILABLE (Glutes)

Torrey Craig – OUT (leg)

Ayo Dosunmu – OUT (calf)

Adama Sanogo – OUT (knee)

Coby White – OUT (neck)

Patrick Williams – AVAILABLE (Elbow)

The Kings have been without star point guard De’Aaron Fox in their last three games, but are 3-0 without him. Fox is probably on his way to his second All-Star appearance, but the Kings have surprisingly shown that they don’t need him to win big.

The Bulls enter Sunday’s game feeling pretty banged up, with key players Coby White, Patrick Williams and Ayo Dosunmu each listed on the injury report.

The Kings and Bulls kick off on Sunday at 12:30 p.m. PT in Chicago.
