Rumor has it that rapper P Yungin, born Kamrein McClay, passed away on Tuesday, December 3rd.

The news began circulating on social media when colleague Kidd posted a picture of P Yungin with his mentor, NBA YoungBoy on X (formerly Twitter) and captioned it, “P Yungin from NBA YoungBoy from Baton Rouge.” said he had passed away.” A similar report was shared by Raphousetv (RHTV), adding to the speculation.

Additionally, rapper and YouTuber BBG DEE posted a tribute on his Instagram story, sharing a picture of Yungin with the caption, “We live and learn. I told you the truth, brother Jesus, the only way,” along with a heartbreaking emoji and a forehead touching emoji.

NBA YoungBoy member Lil Dump also mentioned P Yungin during a live session, saying, “We’re smoking P Yungin’s pieces, man.” To further fuel the rumors, NBA YoungBoy’s sister, who reportedly shared the Ex of P Yungin is a video story in which the rapper is seen with an alleged newborn, accompanied by a fingers crossed emoji.

Despite these emotional tributes and social media posts, there has been no official confirmation of P Yungin’s death, leaving fans and the hip-hop community unsettled.

P Yungin, born September 24, 2004 in Plaquemine, Louisiana, rose to prominence in 2019 with his EPs I Love Y’all and Me vs World. He made his breakthrough in 2020 with the single “I’m On” from the mixtape Demons Everywhere I Go, which led to collaborations with NBA YoungBoy.

Yungin continued to expand his career with singles such as “Pull Up Actin” and “Smiling” as well as the mixtapes “Let Me Go Home Alone” and “Retaliation”. In 2022, he released his debut album KAM, followed by the sequel DOY under the NBA YoungBoy collective Never Broke Again and the Motown label.
