Because of their conference record, Alabama missed out on participation in the SEC Championship Game, scheduled to be played on Saturday. The two participating teams are the Texas Longhorns and Georgia Bulldogs, and the game will take place in Atlanta.

Alabama’s next opponent has not yet been determined and depends on whether the Crimson Tide make it to the College Football Playoff, which will be announced Sunday.

The Crimson Tide will enter CFP play or a regular season bowl game with an overall record of 9-3.
