Milroe announced his decision on social media Thursday, just days after the Crimson Tide’s loss to Michigan in the ReliaQuest Bowl.

A permanent team captain and recipient of the William V. Campbell Trophy and Pop Warner College Football Award, Milroe started two seasons for the Crimson Tide (21st and 6th) during this time.
