AMBER Alert issued for missing 7-year-old in Shepherd

She may be in a gray 2019 Nissan Rogue with Texas license plate MDN 6176.

SHEPHERD, Texas – An AMBER Alert has been issued for a missing child who was last seen in San Jacinto County in September.

Officers are searching for 7-year-old Hazel Hodge-Lassiter, who they believe is in danger.

According to the Texas Department of Public Safety, she is dating 44-year-old Brandon Lassiter and 41-year-old Ashley Doss-Lassiter.

It may be a gray 2019 Nissan Rogue with Texas license plate MDN 6176.

Police said they were last seen on Sept. 25 in the 900 block of County Line Road in Shepherd, Texas, when police last checked on the girl and adults. Police checked the house again on Friday but found the family had disappeared.

Hazel has blonde hair and brown eyes. She weighs 50 pounds and is 4 feet tall.

Brandon Lassiter is blonde and has green eyes. He weighs 255 pounds and is 6 feet 2 inches tall.

Ashley Doss-Lassiter has brown hair and brown eyes. She weighs 165 pounds and is 5 feet 7 inches tall.
