Andrew Garfield being a secret fan of Netflix Too hot to touch makes us feel less guilty about binge-watching every season.

“My guilty pleasure is Too hot to touch on Netflix,” Garfield, 41, said in his Friday, January 3, profile W Magazine. “F-, it’s really good. Sorry, that’s like my pitch to people who haven’t seen it yet Too hot to touch.”

He continued, “So, they come to the island and they’re like, ‘Woo!’ in their swimsuits. …Then as a day goes by and they have a party, maybe a few of them make out, maybe there’s a little fellatio, I don’t know, it’s up to them. And then they realize that they actually are Too hot to touch.”

Garfield further explains that there is a “prize pot of money” that participants will receive – as described by the host Desiree Burch As sex-obsessed singles who aren’t remotely interested in securing a long-term relationship, they only win “if they don’t fuck each other.”

“It’s beautiful,” he mused. “And you see that these people are starting to disclose their traumas and reveal that they didn’t trust men because of trauma in their family life or in a previous relationship. Guys who are just made aware that they don’t have access to their hearts because of the pain (that they felt) and suddenly they become softer and vulnerable and of course afraid of it. ”

Garfield added: “Then of course everyone around her is very encouraging and it becomes a very beautiful thing.”

Netflix has aired six seasons of the dating show since its debut in April 2020. A handful of couples who appeared on the show are still together, including in the second season Emily Miller And Cam Holmeswho gave birth to son Reggie in 2024.
