Another round of strong to severe thunderstorms will move through Houston this afternoon. Here’s what you should know:

There is a slight risk of storms Thursday afternoon into the evening.

HOUSTON – Your weather team is monitoring the possibility of fog in the early morning hours, followed by a slight risk of severe weather Thursday afternoon into the evening.

We are monitoring for strong winds, hail and a low risk of tornadoes. The concern is that there could be rainfall on already saturated ground from our latest storm overnight on Christmas Eve into Christmas.

Future track: The greatest threat appears to be areas north of I-10 and east of I-45 between 1 p.m. and moving east at 7 p.m
