Apple Music Replay 2024: How to get it

Apple Replay 2024 is here and we know what you’re thinking: isn’t it available all year round?

Well, yes and no. It’s true: You can access Replay all year round at replay.music.apple.com to see your personalized list of top artists, songs, albums and genres, as well as milestones like the number of minutes you spend with the Have spent listening to music this year.

But now Apple also offers a special Replay experience and it also brings some new features.

What is Apple Music Replay 2024?

Similar to Spotify Wrapped (which should also be available soon), Apple Music Replay is a colorful look back at your Apple Music year, showing your most played songs and minutes listened to, but also things like the top cities where you used Apple Music and your top Shazam song if you use Apple’s own music recognition service.

Other insights new to this year’s Replay include Listening Streaks, which shows the longest number of consecutive days you’ve used Apple Music, and Top Artist Streak, which shows whether you’ve listened to a particular artist multiple times in a row Your number one artist had months and can also see the date you first heard your top song, artist and album this year.

You can also listen to your most played songs of the year with the Replay 2024 mix and check your listening habits by month (including previous years) in your Replay Insights archive.

How to view your Apple Music Replay 2024

So how do you get the goods? There are several ways to do this.

On your iPhone, you can access the Replay 2024 experience in your Apple Music (found in the Home, New, and Search tabs). However, iOS 18.1 or higher must be installed.

If for some reason you have an iOS version prior to 18.1, you can still access the experience via replay.music.apple.com, which works on both mobile and desktop.

And if you want, you can share any insights with friends on social channels and messaging platforms (this is optional, and Apple says no one can access your insights unless you specifically share them).

Apple Music also dropped its 2024 year-end charts

In addition to the new Replay experience, Apple also shared its top charts of the year, including the best songs on Shazam this year.

Spoilers ahead: The number one song worldwide on Apple Music this year is “Not Like Us” by Kendrick Lamar, and newcomer Benson Boone is at the top of the Shazam charts with “Beautiful Things.”

There are plenty of charts to browse this year, including Top Songs of 2024: Global, Top 100: Shazam, Most Read Lyrics, Top 100: Sing, Shazam Global Radio Spins, and Top Fitness Songs”. You can check out Apple’s entire year-end charts on Apple Music.
