Braylen Russell presented Arkansas football fans with all the highs and lows of the transfer portal in one day.

Russell, a true freshman from Benton High School, entered the transfer portal Tuesday afternoon and announced his decision on Instagram. Russell reportedly withdrew from the portal around 5 p.m. the same day. A source confirmed to the Southwest Times that Record Russell plans to return to the Razorbacks in 2025.

Russell faces a much larger role next fall with Ja’Quinden Jackson entering the NFL Draft. Russell, Rashod Dubinion and Rodney Hill could all return next season.
