As Law And Order: Organized Crime continues to wait, One Star has a message for fans who keep asking about the premiere

The long wait Law & Order: Organized Crime Season 5 and its debut as a streaming original are still ongoing. So far, there’s no news on when fans with a Peacock subscription will be able to see Stabler, Bell and the rest of the cast back in action on the small screen in the new year. However, the drama is expected to return to TV programming sometime in 2025 law and order And Law & Order: SVU both returned to NBC in the fall. OK Actress Danielle Moné Truitt only has one message and request for the fans for now!

Danielle Moné Truitt took to X (formerly known as Twitter) on January 2nd to address fans who keep asking when Organized crime will return with the first new episodes since May 2024. The actress who plays Sgt. Ayanna Bell, wrote:

I just wanted to say I don’t know when we’re premiering!!!!! You all learn this kind of information before me. So if you haven’t heard it, that means I haven’t heard it. So if you hear it, please let me know. 😂🤷🏽‍♀️

Fans beware – Truitt is not keeping any secrets at this point. She just doesn’t know more than anyone else about when OK will come back! When it was announced in November that showrunner John Shiban had left the show, production was said to be about halfway complete. Production was reportedly paused in early November due to Shiban’s departure, with Matt Olmstead serving as the first showrunner OKreportedly returned to help finalize the scripts for Season 5. The fifth would have been Shiban’s second full season if he had stayed until the end.

So, in general, there are a lot of questions to think about without repeatedly asking any of the stars about the premiere date. Truitt continued to clarify her stance on She also made this clear to her Instagram followers, posting this story:

Just like with “X,” Danielle Moné Truitt made it clear to fans that she’s not upset at all when she wrote the following in a subsequent story: “I love you, but…” The actress whose comments really made the difference To get to the point Season 5 had to take place in 2024 while everyone waited for a renewal, and hopefully comes up with some meaty storylines in the next few episodes. Bell is probably the only one OK regular with even a chance to stop Stabler from going villainous, and Truitt and Christopher Meloni have always been one of my personal favorite duos in the series.

And for fans still waiting… well, this break isn’t technically the longest since Law & Order: Organized Crime story just now. The hiatus following the end of the third season in May 2023 lasted until January 18, 2024 with the premiere of the fourth season in the wake of the WGA writers’ strike and the SAG-AFTRA actors’ strike. Admittedly, the break from Season 4 to Season 5 will certainly set a new record unless Peacock comes out with a surprise release in the next week or so, but I’d say that’s about as unlikely as Benson and Stabler working off more than 25 years of ballast without a lot, many more SVU/Organized crime Crossovers! (Very, very unlikely.)

For now, you can revisit the four seasons of anytime OK Previously streamed on Peacock, as well as all crossovers with Mariska Hargitay Law & Order: SVU until now. What SVUSeason 26 returns from its winter break on Thursday, January 16 at 9 p.m. ET on NBC law and order Season 24 at 8 p.m. and Found Season 2 at 10 p.m. ET, in the former Organized crime time window.
