One more week of the 2024 NFL regular season and the overreactions will really count.

Even though a lot had already been decided before the start of Week 17, there was still a lot for us to consider in the penultimate week of the season as we began Week 18. Whether it’s the final playoff spots, the draft position, or the players/coaches who still have a lot of work to do, whether it’s the stakes or the final postseason seeding, a whole host of things remain unknown. But then things start to fall into place and we start to figure out what was an overreaction all along and what wasn’t. And that’s the beauty of this time of year.
