Barron Trump advised the president-elect’s father during the election campaign, reveals Melania Trump

Barron Trump advised his presidential-elect father on the campaign trail and convinced him to sit down with internet personalities to reach a broader, younger audience in a bid to win back the White House, Melania Trump has revealed.

“He brought so many young people with him. He knows his generation, because these days the young generation no longer sits in front of the television,” the new first lady said on Fox and Friends on Friday morning.

“They’re all on the tablets, they’re on the phones and all these podcasts and streamers,” she added.

The proud mother revealed how her 18-year-old, 6ft 3in son was “very clear” giving his father “advice” and said it was “unbelievable how he achieved success because he knew exactly who he belonged to.” “Dad needs to get in touch and talk to him.”

President-elect Donald Trump followed his son’s advice and appeared on several major podcasts — most notably the wildly popular “Joe Rogan Experience,” where he gave a nearly three-hour interview with the comedian just days before his victory over Vice President Kamala Harris.

Harris, on the other hand, scoffed at such interviews, with one of her only podcast interviews on the popular podcast “Call Her Daddy” not even reaching a million views.

When he wasn’t advising his father behind the scenes, Barron began his freshman year at NYU’s Stern School of Business in Manhattan.

But his mother acknowledged that his college life — which includes constant surveillance by the Secret Service — is anything but typical.

“I don’t think he can be a normal student. “His college experience is very different than other kids’ and I’m very proud of how he’s handling it,” Melania Trump said.

“He is very strong and knows he is in a different situation than other children,” she said.

“All I say is make your dreams come true. That’s your role. This is your life. And make sure you listen to yourself.”
