Underneath the chaps, Beyoncé wore custom crystal-embellished Christian Louboutin boots. Boots were her favorite style throughout her “Cowboy Carter” era. The Louboutin boots are covered in crystals that shimmer in the stadium lights. Most of the boots are covered by the chaps.

The boots have a block heel, which is more stable than a stiletto heel. The heel probably measures around seven to ten centimeters. The entire sole of the boot is red. This is a basic part of Christian Louboutin shoes. It was inspired by red nail polish. There was probably another layer underneath this sole to increase traction on the football field and at halftime.
