Billie Eilish’s makeup routine includes a simple waterliner hack that I’ve never seen before

Billie Eilish is currently on tour in support of her Grammy-nominated album Hit me hard and soft, And she just revealed the products that are getting her ready for the show.

In a recent TikTok video, Eilish took viewers behind the scenes of her pre-concert skincare and makeup routine, but cautioned that she is not a cosmetics expert. “Leave me alone I barely know what I’m doing but here’s what works for me and what I do before every show on tour,” Eilish captioned her video. Well, she may not feel like an authority, but she seems to have her routine down pat!

First, Eilish tames her alleged “cowlick” with a brush and a blow dryer, then she preps her bangs with some sort of spray. But once she starts with her face, we get some labels. Using a cotton pad, Eilish wipes her skin clean with Biba de Sousa micellar water and applies a moisturizer from the same brand.

She wipes her waterlines dry with a cotton swab—something I’ve personally never seen before and am dying to try—before applying a brown liner: Maybelline’s Tattoo Studio Gel Pencil. Eilish uses a Makeup by Mario eyeshadow palette to elongate the cat-eye look, and then it’s time for more micellar water to cleanse it. She then takes a quick break to listen to her friend’s gossip, which is a crucial step in any beauty routine.

Next, Eilish applies Nars concealer to a few blemishes, blends it with a small cushion pad, and then tops it all off with Laura Mercier powder. She uses Revlon Semi Permanent Brow Ink…but not on her brows. No, they’re meant to replicate the freckles she just covered with powder. Creative!

She’s applying one of those viral jelly blushes from Milk and a highlighter from Merit, as well as a brow gel (on her brows) from the same brand. She sets her brows with a tube of Got2B Brows and Edges Gel and then curls her lashes, which she coats with Merit Mascara.

Finally, she lines her lips with a stain called Lip Liner Stay-N, which I guess you let dry and then peel off? According to her TikTok, it works remarkably well. Your final step: Tower 28s OneLiner Lipliner in Work of Art – and you’re ready to go!
