The Buffalo Bills will complete their regular season at Gillette Stadium.

Buffalo has a firm grip on the No. 2 seed in the AFC, so there’s nothing at stake for the team. For New England, however, a lot depends on the outcome of today’s match. A loss gives the Patriots the first overall pick in the 2025 NFL Draft. However, a win could drop them all the way to fourth in the draft.

Many of the Bills’ starters will see limited action today and some will not be fit at all. Here’s a look at Buffalo’s inactives for today’s game.

Buffalo will welcome Damar Hamlin back to the lineup after a miss due to a rib injury. Sean McDermott spoke to the media earlier this week about the importance of getting Hamlin reps ahead of the playoffs.

“He’s going to play,” McDermott told the media. “How much he plays remains to be seen but I think he is out there playing as he has been out for quite a while. He can play the whole game, we’ll see how it goes. But it’s important that he gets back out there and continues to work on parts of his communication with T. Rapp (Taylor Rapp). T. Rapp will also be out there for at least part of the game. We’ve seen it before with guys injured and trying to play their first game, and it was in the playoffs. Everyone wants to play in the playoffs. It’s a different problem or challenge to do it at the level you need to do it.”

Buffalo will likely use today’s game to assess whether Hamlin or rookie Cole Bishop gives the team the best chance to win games in the postseason.

New England will lose some key players today. The Patriots placed center Ben Brown, wide receiver Ja’Lynn Polk and safety Jabrill Peppers on injured reserve Saturday to sign players from their practice squad. In addition to the three key players on injured reserve, here’s a look at the team’s inactives for today’s game.
