Once one of the most dominant relief pitchers in all of baseball, Chapman earned seven All-Star appearances between 2012 and 2021. The two-time World Series champion also has a lot of postseason playoff experience with a total of 49 1/3 innings under his belt.

The 36-year-old is coming off a solid season with the Pittsburgh Pirates, where Chapman pitched a total of 61 2/3 innings in 2024, his most since 2015. Before catching up with the Bucs, Chapman recorded significant American League East experience in more than six seasons with the New York Yankees.
