Britney Spears reunited with her youngest son Jayden over the Christmas holidays — and the star shared an Instagram video on Wednesday to commemorate the big moment.

The “Baby One More Time” singer, 43, who recently returned from an extended vacation in Mexico for her birthday, filmed herself with the 18-year-old as they spent time together.

The star notably shares Jayden and Sean Preston, 19, with ex-husband Kevin Federline. Her sons moved to Hawaii with their father last year, but Spears has reportedly focused on strengthening her bond with her children.

In the clip, both Britney and Jayden were seen outside a restaurant.

The couple stood side by side looking into the camera, and at one point the singer planted a kiss on Jayden’s head.

Then there was a cut to Spears and her son, who were sitting at a table in the crowded restaurant, keeping warm in front of the roaring fireplace.

As she placed the phone camera on the table, Jayden said a lighthearted “Hello,” followed by the two wishing their fans “Merry Christmas.”

In the post’s caption, Britney expressed her gratitude and excitement for having the opportunity to spend the holidays with her boys.

She wrote to her 42 million followers: “Best Christmas of my life!!! ‘I haven’t seen my boys in 2 years!!!’

“Everyday tears of joy and literally shocked, koo koo, crazy, so in love and blessed!!!” I’m speechless, thank you Jesus!!!’

Britney and her youngest child appeared to have a lot of fun on vacation, although her other son didn’t appear in the clip.

The reunion comes shortly after a source informed Page Six earlier this month that the Toxic hitmaker was working on “rebuilding” her bond with Jayden and Sean Preston.

“She and her sons are really focused on rebuilding their bond,” the insider explained, adding that they are on the path to being “very close” again. “These things are a process in every family dynamic.”

Last month in November, another source revealed to Page Six that Spears had reunited with Jayden after years of estrangement.

At the time, the insider said: “They spent a lot of time together.” However, Sean Preston was still in Hawaii at the time of the reunion.

“Britney is thrilled to have her baby back.” “Everything is going in the right direction,” the source explained.

Jayden has reportedly been in touch with his mother and an insider told Us Weekly that he is “spending time in California but not living with Britney.”

A few months earlier, in September, Britney penned a sweet birthday tribute to her sons along with throwback photos.

The singer wrote: “It’s my boys birthday this month!!! ‘Happy birthday babies and I hope you get all your wishes and more!!!’

Also last month, the pop star made her final child support payment to ex Kevin Federline after Jayden’s 18th birthday.

The star also got along well with her mother Lynne and her brother Bryan Spears after their estrangement. But she still needs to mend her relationship with her father and sister Jamie Lynn Spears.

Earlier this month, Britney spent time with her older brother, who accompanied her on her relaxing vacation in Mexico.

In August last year, the pop star and her older sibling appeared to have resolved their differences following her split from Sam Asghari.

At the time, he had moved into her mansion to support her through the divorce, and a source told Page Six, “He stayed with her and helped her along with a therapist.”

In early May this year, Bryan appeared on her Instagram page as the couple enjoyed a trip to Las Vegas.

She had shared various clips on social media that captured special memories from the trip, including a visit to a luxury spa.

Just weeks earlier, the “Baby One More Time” singer raised mental health concerns at the Chateau Marmont when she was seen being escorted from the iconic hotel by emergency services.

In June, the singer and her brother Bryan spent time at a bar in Mexico and a month later he moved back into her villa.

At the time, she had split from boyfriend and former housekeeper Paul Soliz – but a source told TMZ that he only moved in because it made sense to stay under the same roof since they spent a lot of time together.

On December 2nd, Britney celebrated her 43rd birthday – and was also finalized after her divorce from Sam Asghari was finalized seven months earlier.

She kept her followers updated throughout the trip by sharing various posts on Instagram – for example, posing in a pink bikini while lounging in the sun.

The performer deleted one of her recent holiday dance videos because people said “mean things.”

Just days before Christmas, Spears was spotted returning to Los Angeles after a three-week birthday trip.
