BYU Football drops hype video for Alamo Bowl vs. Colorado

SAN ANTONIO – We are just hours away from BYU Football taking on Colorado in the 2024 Alamo Bowl.

It’s been an eventful week in the Alamo City as the two Big 12 programs prepare for arguably the best playoff bowl game outside of college football this year.

Hours before kickoff against Colorado, the BYU football social media team released a hype video with the caption “ONE LAST RIDE COUGAR NATION.”

Many of the players featured in the hype video for Saturday’s Alamo Bowl are members of BYU’s senior class. Players like offensive lineman Connor Pay and defensive lineman Tyler Batty will play their final game in a BYU football jersey.

No. 17 BYU is looking to finish the 2024 season with an 11th win. The Cougars enter the Alamo Bowl with an overall record of 10-2.

If they get an 11th win, it would be the second time in the Kalani Sitake era that BYU has achieved 11 wins in a season. The last time this happened was in 2020.

Colorado is ranked 23rd in the matchup. The Buffs are looking for their 10th win in 2024 and their first bowl victory in 20 years. Since Colorado won the 2004 Houston Bowl, BYU has won 10 bowl games.

On Saturday evening, KSL Sports will cover the All-Big 12 matchup between BYU and Colorado at the Alamodome.
