Chiefs-Chargers Week 14 Injuries Wednesday: Spencer Shrader to IR

Every practice day of the season, the Kansas City Chiefs Release an official injury report ahead of the next game. In Week 14, the Chiefs host the Los Angeles Chargers on “Sunday Night Football.” Kickoff is at 7:20 p.m. Arrowhead Time.

Some comments

  • Before the injury report was released, the Chiefs announced that they had placed kicker Spencer Shrader (hamstring injury) on their reserve/injured list. With the vacant spot, they added kicker Matthew Wright to their 53-man roster. Starting kicker Harrison Butker remains on the reserve/injured list.
  • The Chiefs only listed three players on their injury report — tight end Noah Gray (shoulder), defensive lineman Charles Omenihu (knee) and right tackle Jawaan Taylor (knee) — but that was all of them full Participants to start the week.
  • The Chargers listed nine players on their injury report, including rookie wide receiver Ladd McConkey (knee/shoulder). limited. McConkey did not play for most of the second half in the Chargers’ last game against the Atlanta Falcons. He leads the Chargers with 815 receiving yards.
