Colin Jost jokes about Scarlett Johansson on “SNL” as she watches backstage

The woman is always watching.

Colin Jost had to joke about his wife Scarlett Johansson during the “Weekend Update” segment on “Saturday Night Live” this weekend.

To make matters worse, Johansson, 40, watched her husband screw her backstage at Studio 8H.

In the segment, 42-year-old Jost and Michael Che wrote jokes to each other that they had to read live on television.

Jost was forced to use “a black voice” when making wild jokes about his wife.

“Why?” Jost asked aloud as a graphic of Johansson and the words “40. Birthday” appeared on the screen.

“I would like to dedicate this next joke to my friend Scarlett Johansson,” the comedian continued.

The camera then shows the “Black Widow” actress shaking her head as she watches her husband on a monitor behind the stage.

“NO! NO! Oh my God, she is so genuinely worried!” said Jost.

“Hey boo, you know Scarlett just celebrated her 40th birthday, which means I’m about to get out of there,” Jost continued, struggling to contain his laughter.

“Shiz,” he added as Johansson was puzzled by the jokes backstage.

“I think there is a little more,” emphasized the 41-year-old Che.

“Oh, there’s more,” Jost said.

“No no. “I’m just playing,” Jost continued. “We just had a kid together and you haven’t seen any pictures of him because he’s fucking black.”

A photo of the couple with a black child was then shown on the screen.

“Fuck, fuck. I’m not afraid of you mofos,” Jost said jokingly.

Johansson casually sipped a glass of water and shook his head in response to Jost’s jokes.

The couple met in 2017 when Johansson hosted an episode of “Saturday Night Live.” Jost has been working on the sketch comedy show since 2005.

They married in 2020, which Meals on Wheels America announced via Instagram at the time.

“We are thrilled to share the news that Scarlett Johansson and Colin Jost were married over the weekend in an intimate ceremony surrounded by their immediate family and loved ones, while following CDC-mandated COVID-19 safety precautions,” it said the post.

The stars welcomed their son Cosmo in August 2021.

Johansson also has a 10-year-old daughter, Rose, from her previous marriage to French journalist Romain Dauriac.

During Johansson’s appearance on Kelly Clarkson’s talk show in 2021, the “Fly Me to the Moon” actress admitted that she gets nervous when she sees her husband on “SNL.”

“Now I rarely watch without feeling like I’m not feeling overwhelming panic, but just a mild, suppressing panic because I just feel like something is going to fall apart at any moment,” she explained. “And that’s the excitement of ‘SNL’ for all viewers, right? Because it’s absolutely live.”

Johansson continued, “But when you get into it emotionally and not just entertain it, it takes on a slightly different life.”
