Colorado’s Travis Hunter Is Furious Over His Fiancée’s Investigation: ‘Looking For A Life’

Colorado Buffaloes star Travis Hunter was supposed to celebrate winning the Heisman Trophy, but instead he had to hit back at online trolls who criticized his fiancée.

Leanna Lenee came under scrutiny for her apparent behavior during an event for Hunter. However, she appeared to just be sitting on the couch while the soccer star met with fans.

According to the New York Post, Hunter addressed the criticism in a Twitch livestream.

“You’ve never had a girl before, so why are you all talking about me,” he said. “Find someone else to talk to.

“My girl has been with me for five years. You’re just starting to talk about me… You’re going to do something different with your life. Clickbait sites stop, you better stop, I’m telling you.” Something bad will happen to all of you (if you keep doing this). I’d better stop this.

Hunter explained that he and Lenee talked about their plans for the rest of the evening. He also said she was drunk all night and was crying when the criticism came.

“I don’t want her to fall asleep sad. It’s hard for me because I can’t even help her.”

He spoke enthusiastically about Lenee on “The Pivot Podcast,” days before he won the Heisman Trophy.

“She is the closest person to me with everything, she helped me with everything. It’s a little hard sometimes, but she’s always there,” he said.

Hunter will likely be one of the first players taken in the 2025 draft. He has one more bowl game left before his college career is likely over.
