Enzo Maresca has made five changes to his starting XI for Chelsea’s trip to Ipswich Town, while Reece James also returns to the matchday squad.

With the Blues’ last Premier League game being at home against Fulham just four days ago, Maresca has decided to refresh his squad by introducing Filip Jorgensen, Axel Disasi, Noni Madueke, Joao Felix and Christopher Nkunku.

Jorgensen joins the team in goal, while Disasi, Tosin Adarabioyo, Levi Colwill and Marc Cucurella play in defense.

Moises Caicedo and Enzo Fernandez will be in midfield, while Madueke, Cole Palmer and Joao Felix will play up front behind Nkunku.

James is one of the substitutes at Portman Road and has been included in the matchday squad for the first time since November 10.

The Blues’ strong bench also includes the offensive talents Pedro Neto, Jadon Sancho, Nicolas Jackson and Marc Guiu.
