CHRISTMAS DAY, RIGHT? YES, YOU WILL. We are talking about the form of precipitation. IN ORDER. NO SNOW, NO SNOW, NO SNOW. YES. JUST RAIN, JUST RAIN. IN FACT. So, yes. I’m looking forward to rain on Christmas Day. There could be even more rain in the second half of the week. BUT FOR THIS MORNING we are fine. We are cool. COOL? THAT’S HOW IT IS. YES. SO TYPICAL DECEMBER DAY FOR US. BUT HERE’S WHAT I HAVE ON DECK FOR US. Holiday travel forecast. So I know there may be a lot of people trying to get out for today and make their way around the region. WE HAVE THIS FOR YOU. YOUR CHRISTMAS DAY PREDICTION OF COURSE. And then, as I mentioned. YES. COULD THE WEATHER BE A LITTLE MORE CHANGEABLE LATER? We’ll find out. This is how we expect your delays at the airport. However, things are looking good at the moment. THERE COULD BE A FEW SMALL DELAYS HERE AND THERE, BUT FOR THE MOST EVERYTHING IS GOOD NOW. TRAVEL FOR TODAY. However, if you are traveling to the Midwest or Northeast, you may face some problems in that direction due to wet weather and some snow. The Pacific Northwest will also see quite a bit of rain and snow in these areas. BUT FOR US, WE HAVE GREEN LIGHT IN OUR REGION. BUT YOU NEED THE COATS TO GO OUT THIS MORNING. Maybe you go shopping early in the morning or go to work. STILL WORKS. The lakefront is what really stands out to me. ASSUMED YOUR WIND COOLS, BECAUSE OF THE WINDS, BECAUSE YOU KNOW YOU ACTUALLY FEEL 38 DEGREES, BUT YOUR CURRENT TEMPERATURE IS 50 DEGREES. Therefore, most of us feel like we are just a few degrees below the actual temperature, with the exception of the lakeshore this morning. THIS IS WHAT WE EXPECT FOR THE REST OF THE DAY. WILL SEE LOTS OF SUNSHINE. So we start clearly. We will continue to be that way. I can’t wait for the sun to come up. WE CAN SEE SOME OF THESE BEAUTIFUL PICTURES. And then you will stay cold on the north bank for a little longer. YOU WON’T GET TO QUITE 60 BEFORE NOON, BUT YOU WILL GET IT EVERYDAY. We’ll all be in the mid 60s, even near the upper 60s for a few spots. And this is where we’re supposed to be at this time of year. THEN IT’S NOT UNUSUAL. Lows for this evening. A FEW 50’S, EVEN SOME 60’S ALONG THE COAST. LET’S TALK ABOUT CHRISTMAS EVEN FOR YOU. THEIR TEMPERATURES ARE WARMED. WE LOOK AT THE 1960S FOR YOU. Upper 60s. NO CHANCES OF RAIN. So the rain has let up for us. However, I want to talk about the fog because I know there will be lots of bonfires on Christmas Eve. We started at 6pm, most of us looked okay, but we could see a few spots where some fog was developing. YOU CAN SEE RIGHT THERE ALONG THE RIVER. Of course, it’s very difficult to predict fog, but we just know we might see a little. BUT I think most of us will be fine. The most important event for you will be Christmas Day, when it will rain for you. Start looking for around mid-morning through evening, but your temperatures will be in the 70s, so it will be mild. Today: Temperatures on the North Coast started in the 30s, while temperatures on the South Coast started in the 40s and 50s. Most of us have a slight breeze that affects our well-being a little. The sky is clear and will stay that way into the afternoon. Today’s highs will be in the mid-60s, depending on the season. Lows will fall to near seasonal levels tonight, with temperatures in the upper 30s and 40s on the North Coast and in the 40s and 50s on the South Coast. Once again the sky is clear and the east wind is blowing at 5 to 10 miles per hour. Christmas Eve: We will continue to experience a gradual increase in temperatures. Highs will climb into the mid to upper 60s. Last week it seemed likely that there would be rain, but models continue to expect it to stay dry for most of the day. Lows will be in the 40s and 50s. Christmas Day: Expect a warm-up and a chance of rain. Highs will climb into the lower to mid 70s. Rain is expected to fall from midmorning to evening. Although we do not expect the situation to worsen, there is a possibility of some heavy rainfall. Low Temperatures Christmas night will be mild with temperatures in the mid to upper 50s. Thursday to Sunday: The weather will be unsettled. The chance of showers is low on Thursday but slightly higher on Friday. We will see another chance on Saturday and Sunday. During this time, highs will gradually increase into the mid to near upper 70s through Friday.

Although we don’t expect it to get worse, there is a possibility of heavy rainfall. Low Temperatures Christmas night will be mild with temperatures in the mid to upper 50s.

Thursday to Sunday:

A pattern of unsettled weather lies ahead. The chance of showers is low on Thursday but slightly higher on Friday. We will see another chance on Saturday and Sunday. During this time, highs will gradually increase into the mid to near upper 70s through Friday.
