The Dallas Mavericks (20-11) will face the Portland Trail Blazers (10-20) in the first meeting between the two teams this season.

The Mavs will be without star guard Luka Doncic, who suffered a calf injury against the Minnesota Timberwolves on Christmas and is expected to miss at least a month.
