DALLAS – The Dallas Mavericks will face the Los Angeles Clippers on Thursday at 7:30 p.m. on WFAA, but the team will be missing several key players from the lineup.

Luka Dončić suffered a bruised heel during his 45-point triple-double game in the Mavs’ win over the Golden State Warriors on Sunday.

Superstar point guard Kyrie Irving is out with a shoulder injury.

The Mavs have an 11-7 record in Western Conference games and are the fourth seed in the West with a 17-9 record in 26 games.

The Clippers are 10-11 against Western Conference opponents.

Although Dončić will be sidelined on Thursday, the Mavs are 5-1 without the shooting guard. But with Irving out of the lineup, Dallas needs a big night from five-time NBA All-Star Klay Thompson.
