DDG says he doesn’t care about his exes except family

DDG has been heavily in the news since his public split from acclaimed actress and singer Halle Bailey. On Friday (December 13), the YouTuber-turned-rapper expressed his feelings towards his exes.

In a new post, he said: “I don’t give a shit about my exes nun son. Family EXCLUDED. I don’t consider anyone I see and talk to every day to be my ‘ex.'” One fan responded, “I don’t know Gemini, I know the Rubi Rose flashbacks speak to you like the green goblin mask. ” Someone else explained: “He said: Halle is considered a family. He’s said that before. When will you realize that he loves her and will protect her at all costs?”

While many people only know Bailey and Rubi Rose as his most recent partners, he has made it clear many times in the past that he doesn’t care about anything Rose does and will always have respect and care for the mother of his son Halo.

Recently, the two young parents got into something of a disagreement after Halo appeared on Kai Cenat’s “Mafiathon 2” stream without Bailey’s prior consent. Before deactivating her X account, she shouted, “Hello everyone. Just so you know, I’m out of town and I don’t agree with my baby being by a creek tonight. I was not told or notified and I am extremely upset that my baby is being born in front of millions of people.”

Shortly afterwards, she stated: “I am his mother and protector and it saddens me that I was not notified, especially when I am out of town.” She later retracted her statements and explained that she was following suit at the time giving birth, which led to her first reaction. DDG never directly responded publicly, but he did thank Cenat in a thank you post for giving Halo several gifts and then expressed his feelings about fatherhood. In a sweet post, he said: “Man this dad is so cool. Take care of your children.”

DDG recently debuted two new tracks on Friday (December 13), one of which features a verse from Tory Lanez recorded in prison. In the song, Lanez rapped, “Shorty, my town talks high about me, know these bitches can never deny me/The only thing I regret that night is jumping out of the pool with Kylie.”

Lanez also mentioned his fellow Canadian host Drake’s name in the recording, apparently referencing his recent rap battle with Kendrick Lamar. Listen to the new track below!
