EXCLUSIVE: The Dexter The “Trinity Killer” prequel series, which follows the works of the infamous serial killer played by John Lithgow in the “Mothership” series, remains “in development” at Paramount+ with Showtime and has come a long way since it was originally announced in early 2023 when it was in exploration phases, say sources close to the production deadline.
