Diddy allegedly made a creepy remark before raping a 13-year-old with Jay-Z, the lawsuit says

A civil lawsuit accused Sean “Diddy” Combs and Jay-Z of raping a 13-year-old girl at an afterparty for the 2000 MTV Video Music Awards.

In an amended civil complaint, a woman identified as Jane Doe alleges she was raped by Combs, 55, and Jay-Z, whose real name is Shawn Carter, during a party at a New York apartment building. The accuser is now in her late 30s.

The complaint, obtained by the Post, also alleges that the attack occurred in front of an unnamed female celebrity.

According to the document, the accuser was invited to the after-party by a limo driver who claimed to work for the artist and told Jane Doe that the mogul liked younger girls and “fit what Diddy was looking for.”

Before their interaction, she claimed she was standing outside Radio City Music Hall trying to get into the VMAs and approached limousines dropping off guests at the venue.

The plaintiff, who was 13 at the time of the alleged incident, alleged that when she arrived at the after-party she was asked to sign a non-disclosure agreement and was later given a drink that she believed to be under Drugs stood.

The plaintiff alleged that Combs approached her during the party and that he had a “crazy look in his eyes” as he allegedly told her, “You’re ready to party!” according to the complaint.

The accuser further alleged that Combs threw her against a wall, where she fell. She stood up and “stumbled,” causing Combs to grab her again and “throw her onto the bed,” the complaint says.

The plaintiff claims Jay-Z stripped her of her clothes, held her down and raped her while Combs and an unknown female celebrity watched. She claimed Combs also raped her while Jay-Z and the female celebrity watched.

Jane Doe is seeking unspecified damages. Her attorney, Tony Buzbee, previously announced that he represents more than 100 people who have accused Combs of misconduct.

The amended complaint was filed on Sunday and bears the name Jay-Z, although Jay-Z was not named in the original complaint filed in October. Jay-Z’s lawyers have filed a motion asking a judge to dismiss the lawsuit. He also wants the identity of the anonymous accuser to be “immediately disclosed to the public.”

The 55-year-old Roc Nation founder defended himself against the allegations in a statement posted on social media on Sunday.

Jay-Z, who has Blue Ivy, 12, and twins Rumi and Sir, 7, with Beyoncé, vehemently denied the claims and said his only sorrow was for my family.

“My wife and I need to sit down with our children, one of whom is at the age when their friends will certainly see the press and ask questions about the nature of these claims and explain the cruelty and greed of young people,” he said in a statement released on Roc Nation’s X account, partially read.

“I mourn another loss of my innocence. Children shouldn’t have to endure something like this at a young age. It is unfair to have to try to understand the inexplicable level of evil that aims to destroy families and the human spirit,” the statement continued.

A day later, the record executive appeared on the red carpet for the premiere of “Mufasa: The Lion King” alongside his wife and eldest daughter.

In the Disney film, Beyoncé is the voice of Nala, while Blue Ivy is the voice of the young lioness Kiara. Even his mother-in-law Tina Knowles attended the event and posed with the rapper. Hours earlier, Knowles claimed her social media account – which had “liked” a post about the lawsuit against Jay-Z and Combs – had been hacked.

Following family night, 50 Cent went online to troll Jay-Z for his red carpet visit.

The 49-year-old rapper posted pictures of the famous family at the event on his Instagram, writing: “Jay said they said I raped a child everyone get dressed we’re going to see Mufasa LOL.”

He has since deleted the post.

Over the years, 50 Cent has been known to troll Combs and is now filming a Netflix documentary about the sexual assault allegations against the disgraced mogul.

Combs was arrested in September on racketeering and sex trafficking charges and was denied bail three times. He is behind bars at the Metropolitan Detention Center in Brooklyn, awaiting trial in May 2025.
