Doctor issues ‘extreme’ warning to OnlyFans star who wants to sleep with 1,000 men in 24 hours – health

Health experts have raised concerns after a 23-year-old OnlyFans star shared her plans to sleep with 1,000 men in 24 hours.

In case you’re wondering, that’s about 41 men per hour. It is obviously not necessary for men who take part in this special event to be able to last for a long time.

The stunt is said to be attempted by Lily Phillips, who just weeks ago claimed to have slept with 101 men in 14 hours.

She described that particular day as a “conveyor belt of cocks” and said in an interview with The Metro: “I stayed in the bedroom all day – I think I went to shower once or twice. I just…” waited for the next man and then said to the guard, “Send one in.”

Now Phillips is going to a whole different level and is trying to break the world record currently held by Lisa Sparks, an adult film star who had sex with 919 men in one day in 2004.

The OnlyFans star claimed she was “in training” to make sure she was up to the challenge, but health experts have warned it’s not just about being prepared.

Speaking to News.com.au, healthcare and wellness specialist Dr. Zac Turner from Sydney says that when sex is “taken to the extreme” it can have negative effects on the body.

Turner said: “Sex is, at its core, a physically demanding activity that engages various muscles, the cardiovascular system and the release of endorphins.

“Done in moderation, it resembles a rewarding workout—promoting stress relief, cardiovascular health, and emotional connection. However, when extreme stress occurs, such as a 24-hour sex marathon, the physical and physiological toll can be severe.”

The physical consequences of too much sex can include bruising, tears, and general pain.

Turner continued: “Think of it as running a marathon without any prior training; Injuries from overuse, dehydration and complete exhaustion are almost guaranteed.

“Lisa Sparks, the previous record holder, herself admitted that she was in pain for a week after her attempt – a clear sign of excessive stress.”

Phillips has admitted that she will likely be in pain “toward the end” of her record attempt, but she told The Reality Check podcast that she feels like she has the “right determination to just keep going.”

While Turner said sex offers benefits including improved cardiovascular health, stress relief, and improved intimacy and emotional connection with partners, he pointed out that an “extreme scenario” like the one presented by Phillips results in the risks overshadow the benefits.

“Fatigue reduces the pleasant aspects and constant physical exertion goes from beneficial to harmful. “Even though it might be cardiovascular exercise, it will probably do more harm than good,” he said.
