Donald Trump breaks his silence on the H-1B dispute and supports Elon-Vivek:
Donald Trump said he was a supporter of the H-1B program and that it was great.

President-elect Donald Trump broke his silence on the ongoing H-1B dispute on Saturday, saying he believed in the program. Speaking to the New York Post, Trump said: “I’ve always liked the visas, I’ve always been for the visas. That’s why we have them.”
“I have many H-1B visas for my properties. I believed in H-1B. I have used it many times. “It’s a great program,” Trump said, supporting statements from Elon Musk, Vivek Ramaswamy, Sriram Krishnan and David Sacks.
The controversy continued as MAGA imploded and his ally Laura Loomer clashed with Elon Musk – and Donald Trump’s silence on the matter was conspicuous. Donald Trump previously criticized the H-1B program and restricted access to foreign work visas during his first term. But he recently said that anyone who graduates from a U.S. college or university should automatically receive a green card.
The change in H-1B stance made the dispute crucial because the Trump administration could make some changes to the H-1B visa program, through which companies can hire foreign workers. And as Elon Musk became a prominent decision-maker, his stance on extending the H-1B visa gave America First activists cause for concern.

Elon Musk’s war against the Republicans

The H-1B issue became a major flashpoint, forcing Elon Musk to declare war on Republicans who criticize H-1B. “The reason I am in America along with so many critical people who built SpaceX, Tesla and hundreds of other companies that have made America strong is because of H1B,” said Elon Musk. “Take a big step back and F**K. “I’m going to go to war on this issue that you can’t possibly imagine,” he added, quoting a memorable line from that year’s comedy “Tropic Thunder.” 2008.
