Dragon Ball Super’s hiatus has been extended

The Dragon Ball Super Manga will reportedly extend its previously announced hiatus. According to leaker ryokutya2089, a new chapter was originally scheduled to be published in the March 2025 issue of V-Jump magazine in January 2025 before the hiatus was extended. (Thanks, ryokutya2089!)

The Dragon Ball Super The manga is on indefinite hold since the release of Chapter 103 on March 20, 2024. At the time of the announcement, the manga’s hiatus was said to have had nothing to do with the original Dragon Ball The death of creator Akira Toriyama on March 1, 2024.

Artist Toyotaro was responsible for drawing the art Dragon Ball Super manga, while the original series’ creator, Akira Toriyama, was behind the writing of the series from its inception in June 2015 until his death.

While Dragon Ball Super will not be returning to the March 2025 issue of V-Jump magazine, Atlus announced that the popular role-playing game Metaphor: ReFantazio is being adapted into a manga series and the first chapter is expected to appear in the same issue of the monthly manga magazine.

The Dragon Ball Super The manga hiatus has reportedly been extended and will last indefinitely. Viz Media is handling the English publication of the manga. The Dragon Ball Super Anime is available to stream on Crunchyroll.
