If you’re a coffee fan, you know that a new year means new Dunkin’ menu items. Starting tomorrow, the coffee chain is celebrating the start of 2025 with a series of new and returning winter treats.

We know it might seem a little late to be launching a whole new winter menu, but let’s face it: Spring is still months away. And what better way to shake off the post-holiday blues than with a “Shakin’?” Espresso? (Wink, wink.)

In the second part of Dunkin’s winter menu, we’re ditching cookie butter and diving headfirst into other indulgences—think brownie batter, whoopie pies, and a new favorite: lava cake.

New Dunkin’ winter drinks

At Dunkin’, Lava Cake is definitely the flavor of January, and we’re all for it. First up is the Lava Cake Coffee, which can be served hot or iced and features a lava cake swirl with cream. For an even richer treat, there’s the Lava Cake Signature Latte, a lava cake swirl latte topped with whipped cream, mocha drizzle and hot chocolate powder.

Available exclusively in the app, there’s also an exciting new raspberry treat to delight fans. The Raspberry Lava Cake Coffee consists of a Lava Cake Swirl, a raspberry flavored shot and cream.

“Lava Cake Signature Latte and the Raspberry Lava Cake Latte look delicious!” one fan raved. “Raspberry coffee!” added another.

But even all the lava cake love can’t overshadow the star of the show – a limited-time latte inspired by the espresso queen herself, Sabrina Carpenter. Yes, Dunkin’ has teamed up with the pop princess to release the Brown Sugar Shakin’ Espresso, which features a double shot of espresso, oat milk, and brown sugar syrup, all shaken to frothy perfection.

“My prayers have been answered!” One fan was happy. “I’ve been begging Dunkin’ for the Brown Sugar Shaken Espresso for months! Blessingsss.”

New Dunkin’ Winter Treats

Making a big comeback this season is the Whoopie Pie Specialty Donut, a glazed chocolate cake donut cut in half and filled with whipped vanilla-flavored buttercream frosting, then topped with a buttercream rosette.

Also back on the menu are the popular Iced Lemon Loaf Cake and Valentine’s Day classics like the Brownie Batter Donut and Cupid’s Choice Donut, available starting January 29th. New to the range this year? Valentine’s Munchkins, glazed chocolate munchkins with festive Valentine’s sprinkles.

“Brownie batter donuts were all you had to tell me. I’m obsessed with them,” said one fan. “Yay the brownie batter donut!” cheered another.

And don’t worry – the Almond Croissant, Loaded Hash Browns and Hash Brown Brisket Scramble from earlier in the season are still available for a limited time.

The new winter menu, including Sabrina’s Shakin’ Espresso, launches Tuesday, December 31st. But that’s not all – Dunkin’ is also introducing a brand new $5 meal deal to the menu, available all day. The offer includes two made-to-order wake-up wrap sandwiches with egg, cheese and a choice of bacon, sausage, turkey sausage or no meat. Pair these with a medium hot coffee (14 oz.) or a refreshing iced coffee (24 oz.), all for just $5. This affordable combination is perfect for energizing winter mornings while keeping budgets under control for the new year.

All in all, Dunkin’ is preparing us for a cozy and caffeinated start to 2025.
