The first trailer for James Gunn’s Superman premiere and showed the audience a preview of the new film “Man of Steel”, which is scheduled to be released in cinemas on July 11, 2025.

Gunn showed the press a preview of the trailer earlier this week and said the film is about “kindness” and “a movie about being good.”

“I believe in the goodness of people, and I believe that most people in this country, despite their ideological beliefs or politics, do their best to get by and try to be good people no matter how “What that other side might seem like, and I think this movie is about that,” Gunn said.

The trailer for the DC Studios film gives audiences a glimpse of Superman and Clark Kent, played by David Corenswet. Rachel Brosnahan, who plays Lois Lane, also appears in the preview. Several shots also focus on Lex Luthor, played by Nicholas Hoult.

The preview also features Hawkgirl, played by Isabela Merced, Edi Gathegi as Mister Terrific, and Guy Gardner, played by Nathan Fillion.

Easter eggs are sprinkled throughout the trailer, giving a first look at The Daily Planet, LutherCorp, Fortress of Solitude, Kent Farm, Stagg Industries, Metamorpho, and Clark Kent’s father Jonathan Kent.
