A fire broke out at Manhattan’s famous Winter Village holiday market in Bryant Park on Friday morning, according to the New York Fire Department.

At about 9:23 a.m. local time, firefighters received reports of a fire in Bryant Park, Joe Castellano, an FDNY battalion chief, told reporters at the scene in midtown Manhattan, just blocks from Times Square. Firefighters discovered the fire in a 12-meter-long building that housed four stalls.

By 10 a.m., FDNY considered the fire under control. There were no injuries at this point, Castellano said. An adjacent kiosk was slightly damaged and the roof of the skating rink had some flames.
